Kenichi Egusa
With our emphasis on creating a dining space for enjoying food without formalities
Born in November 1970. From Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
Once he was transferred from Hiroshima to Hokkaido as a salaried worker, he was determined to change his career path to food and cooking, a field in which he had always been interested. He began sushi training at 28 at a well-known Japanese restaurant in Sapporo. After working there for 12 years, he opened Sushi Egusa in October 2011 in Kotoi, Sapporo. Sushi Egusa is a sushi restaurant serving visitors with carefully selected ingredients and a wealth of knowledge and experience in cooking.
